Body Magic every Monday 6:30 PM
Every Monday we set the TONE! This is a strength-training class. We do a variety of muscle conditioning exercises including pilates and Barre, and we ALWAYS lift weights! Weights range from 10-115 lbs and you're expected to lift in the HEAVY range during circuits. This class is the one you NEED and the most challenging out of all the classes offered at JJ BodyWERK. It's a slow-burn atmosphere but the intensity is great. Class is held for an hour and half AT MINIMUM to complete all circuits and stretch. All equipment provided. Just bring your best effort.
Toot & Tone every Tuesday 6:30 PM
Be prepared to shock and tantalize your body! Body Magic is a combination of HIIT and (Booty) Bootcamp.This class focuses on strength training and body sculpting. One full hour of body conditioning followed by 15 minutes of deep stretch. Legs bands and free weights (3-5 lbs), and a yoga mat are required. Each week is something different. You can be on the floor, the wall, the chair, or a combination of all three. If you like resistance workouts with some TWERK, Pilates and a power stretch, this class is for you.
Whine & WERK - Wednesdays 6:30 PM
Dance WERK cardio class geared towards motion in the midsection and lower body. Let your feet beat and hips whine to Afrobeats and SOCA sounds! The intensity of this class range from low to high with an average impact of HIGH! Choreography is sexy, sensual, and upbeat! If you’re looking to WERK your waist and let your hips loose, this class is for you.
Sweat Check - Saturdays 11 AM
Bring a sweat towel because you'll need it! This is a high-energy Dance WERK cardio class guaranteed to burn 500-700 calories and there's proof! Choreography is mid to high impact targeting various muscles groups simultaneously and put into overdrive! Be prepared to jump, kick, booty bounce, whine, and jook! The playlist will take you down to the 305, up to Jersey, and out to the Caribbean. This is the party you need every Saturday!
