Body Magic every Monday 6:30 PM
Every Monday we set the TONE! The motto for Body Magic Mondays is "LIVE LONG, LIVE STRONG". This is a bootcamp class. We do a variety of strength building exercises such as weight-lifting, HIIT, and calisthenics! Weights range from 10-115 lbs and you're expected to lift in the HEAVY range during circuits. This class is the one you NEED and the most rewarding out of all the classes offered at JJ BodyWERK. It's a slow-burn, mostly low impact workout atmosphere but the intensity is far greater. This class is held for 1.5 hours MINIMUM to complete all training circuits and stretch. All equipment is provided. Please bring your personal yoga mat and bring your best effort!
Toot & Tone every Tuesday 6:30 PM
Get ready to amaze and invigorate your body! This is the ultimate total body workout – combining cardio and weights! In TnT, you’ll experience it all: Dance HIIT, Functional Weight Training, Glute Camp, and Pilates. This class emphasizes strength training and body sculpting, featuring a full hour of resistance exercises followed by 10 minutes of deep stretching. A hip band, 3-5 lb dumbbells, and a yoga mat are required for participation.
Whine & WERK - Wednesdays 6:30 PM
Join our high-energy Dance WERK cardio class designed to sculpt your midsection and enhance hip mobility. Suitable for all fitness levels, every movement can be adjusted to meet your needs. Enjoy a dynamic mix of slow and upbeat tracks that will keep your heart rate elevated in intervals. Let your feet dance to the infectious rhythms of Afrobeats and SOCA, all while embracing choreography that's sexy, sensual, and fun!
Sweat Check - Saturdays 11 AM
Make sure to bring your sweat towel—you'll surely need it! Join us for a fun and invigorating high-energy dance class that will get your body moving and your spirit soaring! Sweat Check is crafted to burn 500-700 calories in 60 minutes, and we have the proof!
What to Expect: Come prepared to sweat, smile, and enjoy the infectious dancing! Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a beginner, this class is designed for all skill levels. Bring your energy and get ready to dance! Be prepared to jump, kick your legs high, booty bounce, whine, and jook! Whatever your physical capability allows. Saturday's playlist takes you on a ride - to Miami and Jersey, to the Caribbean and African indigenous lands, and over to the dirty south - ATL. Don't miss out on the ultimate Day Party!
