About the event
Be prepared to shock and tantalize your body! Body Magic is a combination of HIIT, circuit training, and Boot(y)camp. This class focuses on strength training and body sculpting. One full hour of body conditioning followed by 15 minutes of deep stretch. Legs bands and free weights (3-5 lbs), and yoga mat required. Each week is something different. You may HIIT the floor, do endless rounds of body conditioning circuits, get sexy and fit on the chair, or a combination of all three! If you like resistance workouts with a little WERK, Pilates and a whole lot of strength and toning, this class is for you.
