About the event
Every Monday we set the TONE! This is a strength-training class. We do a variety of muscle conditioning exercises including pilates and Barre, and we ALWAYS lift weights! Weights range from 10-115 lbs and you're expected to lift in the HEAVY range during circuits. This class is the one you NEED and the most challenging out of all the classes offered at JJ BodyWERK. It's a slow-burn atmosphere but the intensity is great. Class is held for an hour and half AT MINIMUM to complete all circuits and stretch.

This class can take up to 2 hours to complete, a minimum of 1.5 hours. Creating transformation aka "magic" takes time. This is the most rewarding class offered at JJ BodyWERK.
